There is no fee to apply.  There is a $50 fee for the background check, application and lease processing when you decide to move forward with one of our rentals.

We do not accept tenants with: evictions, felonies, or repossessions within the last 3 years. Income requirement is two and one half times the monthly rent.

All rentals require a 1.5 month security deposit.
